Virtual Art Camps for the Week

During our Virtual Art Camp, we will be following the theme of Superheroes. Students will be working with Ms. Daisy to understand how to create art on a variety of media forms. Ranging from creating stain glass to painting on leather, this week of camp is intended to provide a new level of creativity. This week we will be hosting a Morning Virtual Art Camp and an Afternoon Virtual Art Camp. Morning and Afternoon Camps have an entirely different set of projects.

Morning Virtual Art Camp

Morning campers will explore the world of Marvel Superheroes, starting the week off with a clay bust of Spiderman. Students will create two canvas paintings of Marvel favorites Black Panther and Captain America. Students will also learn how to use proper technique in using colored pencils to create a rendition of Captain Marvel. We will end the week with creating a jigsaw puzzle of Iron Man!

Afternoon Virtual Art Camp

Afternoon campers will spend the week exploring the world of DC Superheroes starting their week off with the first of a series of canvas paintings. Students will learn how to paint DC heroes, and one villain who stats on the fence, Harley Quinn, Wonder Woman, and Superman. Students will learn how to use watercolor, ink, and sharpies to create a rendition of the Dark Knight, Batman. Finally, students will learn how to create a clay bust of the Hulk.
