Monart School of Art
FROM RIVER OAKS TO WEST UNIVERSITY TO BELLAIRE
We Teach EVERYONE to Draw
You face a lot of choices in deciding how your children should divide their time between academic, creative, and fun activities. Monart provides the perfect balance of all three with a progressive and dynamic curriculum.
The Monart method develops strong concentration, comprehension, and observational skills that help students learn and master information. Paired with our curriculum, the Monart method expands students’ artistic and general knowledge through the use of lessons that teach multiple artistic techniques while staying grounded in information about the subject being drawn. Monart provides a creative, non-judgmental, and encouraging environment for students to grow and express themselves creatively.
Since 2008, we’ve seen Monart students reap benefits from the program that we did not initially imagine seeing. Our youngest students have learned to write and recognize letters more easily, all students have shown greater confidence in themselves and their ideas, and some have gone on to study art more professionally in arts high schools and colleges.
We’re sure that once your child attends a Monart class or art camp, you’ll see the difference Monart can make in their lives.
